Questions

Before You Get Started

Are these resources really free?

Yes. The Presence Gap Guide, the Success Alignment Assessment™, and the Work + Home Scorecard™ are all free.

Which one should I start with?

Most leaders start with the Success Alignment Assessment™. It takes about 5 minutes and shows you which of four types you are. If you want more detail, take the Work + Home Scorecard™ next.

What's the difference between the Assessment and the Scorecard?

The assessment is a quick check that shows you your type. The scorecard is a deeper self-audit: you rate 16 life areas across five sections and get a total score out of 90.

What if I want help making sense of my results?

Book a 1:1 Clarity Session with James. It's a focused conversation about where you stand and what to do next, with no pressure either way.

Is this therapy or counseling?

No. Coaching is not therapy or counseling. Concerns involving abuse, trauma, addiction, or significant mental-health issues should be referred to an appropriately licensed professional.

Our Philosophy

You don't need less ambition.
