05Clarity Sessions & Coaching
Clarity Sessions and coaching services are booked through the Site. Any paid coaching program may be covered by a separate agreement, which will control if it conflicts with these Terms. Please arrive on time for scheduled sessions and let us know in advance if you need to reschedule.
06Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, guides, assessments, and the H.O.M.E. Framework™, Success Alignment Assessment™, Success Alignment Score™, and Work + Home Scorecard™ names and materials, belongs to James W Malloy Consulting or its licensors and is protected by law.
